Overlooking the River Conwy, the property benefits from breath taking views of the mountainous Welsh countryside. With off street parking for 2 cars, the house is perfect for families and is pet friendly too.

The home is well equipped for your holiday including, central heating, Sky Q package, Wi-Fi, bedding and towels, kitchen utensils and equipment. We also provide a BBQ which is suitable for charcoal.

The downstairs area consists of a large modern kitchen with underfloor heating and small breakfast bar, a spacious homely living room with large TV with Sky Q and PlayStation 3, leading to a dining conservatory where you can gain access to the stunning landscaped garden with decking and seating areas over the River Conwy. Also downstairs there is a separate WC and utility area with combi washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs there is a large bathroom with underfloor heating, bath, WC and separate shower. The bathroom also benefits from a TV which includes a sky Q package.
